What We Collect

When you upload flyers or submit stories, we collect the content you provide and the name you optionally share. We use standard web server logs (IP address, browser type, pages visited) for security and analytics.

How We Use It

Uploaded flyers are processed by AI to extract band names, venue names, dates, and other event details. This extracted data is displayed publicly on the site. Stories and memories you submit are displayed publicly on venue pages.

Storage

Flyer images and media are stored on Backblaze B2 cloud storage. Data is stored in a PostgreSQL database hosted on Railway. We use HTTPS for all connections.

Third Parties

We use Anthropic's Claude AI to process flyer images. Flyer images are sent to Anthropic's API for text extraction. We do not sell your data to any third party.

To request removal of content you uploaded or to report copyright concerns, contact us at leads@stanhattie.com.

Cookies

We do not use tracking cookies. We do not use analytics services that track individual users.
